Upcoming Convention Coverage From Trek Radio

While entertainment events take place all year long, summer is considered by many to be convention season, and Trek Radio is gearing up for several major conventions this summer and fall: San Diego Comic Con, Star Trek Las Vegas, and TwitchCon.
 

San Diego Comic-Con

From July 19 to July 22, San Diego Comic-Con International takes over the San Diego Convention Center and most of the downtown area for what is arguably the largest pop culture extravaganza in the world.

Star Trek Las Vegas

Running August 1 to August 6, the Rio All-Suite Hotel hosts the Star Trek Las Vegas 2018 convention celebrating the 25th anniversary of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as well as the continuing voyages of Star Trek: Discovery and our favorite franchise from the Final Frontier as a whole.

TwitchCon

From October 26 to 28, the San Jose Convention Center hosts TwitchCon 2018. TwitchCon is the annual gathering where you can meet some of your favorite hosts and streamers, play games, enjoy art crafted by the Creative community, and check out the latest streaming technology.
