Trek Radio at TwitchCon 2018

TwitchCon is upon us again and Trek Radio‘s Risa and Deyvid will be on-site covering the convention from the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.

What is TwitchCon? TwitchCon is the annual convention hosted by Twitch, the premiere live-streaming platform for games, arts and crafts, cooking, travel, and more.

TwitchCon is everything we love about Twitch crammed into one ridiculously awesome weekend. Thousands of Twitch streamers and fans converge to play games, learn how to improve at live-streaming via panels and discussions, watch live esports, support artists in Artist Alley, check out new tech and equipment related to streaming, and socialize with fellow streamers and viewers. In addition TwitchCon offers a wide range of activities including Meet & Greets, a costume contest featuring top notch cosplayers who crafted their costumes live on stream, Twitch Talks featuring motivational presentations with Kevin Smith, Felicia Day, Tony Hawk and others, the annual Twitch Party taking over Avaya Stadium with music, special guests, games and more.

Risa and Deyvid will be attending various panel sessions, scoping out the expo floor, conducting interviews, and of course taking lots of pictures to share the experience with our community. If Internet connectivity cooperates, they will also stream live from the convention.
