Richard Hatch on Trek Radio Today at 6pm PST!

Trek Radio is proud to announce an interview with Battlestar Galactica (BSG) star Richard Hatch. The actor is best known as Captain Apollo from the original BSG television series. He also played criminal turned politician Tom Zarek in the 2004 reboot of the franchise. Be sure to listen on Friday, 19th of August at 6:00 PM PT, 9:00 PM ET and 2:00 AM GMT.

Richard Hatch is an internationally known actor, teacher and speaker who has sustained recognition in such series as All My Children, The Streets of San Francisco (for which he won Germany’s Bravo Award, equivalent to an Emmy Award), and Battlestar Galactica (Golden Globe Award nominee). He is the only actor to appear in both the classic and re-imagined BSG series. Richard is also an author of five original Battlestar Galactica novels!

Rod Roddenberry returns to Trek Radio this Saturday, 11am PST

Eugene “Rod” Roddenberry will be returning to Trek Radio this weekend on Saturday 20th August at 11am PST.

During the interview, we will talk about a range of subjects including his recently completed documentary, Trek Nation, which will be airing next month on the Science Channel in the United States.  We will also discuss what he thought of the Las Vegas Trek Convention this past weekend, and find out what his main focus is now that Trek Nation is completed!

Attending FedCon XXI next year?

Are you planning to attend FedCon XXI next year?  If so, please let us know!  Trek Radio is currently negotiating with the Relaxa Hotel in Dusseldorf, which is around 2km from the convention location, for a group booking discount, so if you are planning to attend and would like to save money on your Hotel, contact us now.

The Relaxa Hotel is approximatly 8 minutes away from the convention hotel by bus and monorail (one bus and one monorail) and is significantly cheaper than staying at the Maritim or Sheraton Hotels where the convention is held.

In addition to the group booking discount we are trying to organize, each evening after the convention ends, we plan to host a meet up in a reserved area of the Hotels Bar, where you will be able to eat, drink and mingle with your fellow FedCon attendees!

Trek Radio on KTNV, Vegas Channel 13 (for a couple of seconds!)
