Larry Nemecek at PHXCC ’15

“Dr. Trek” Larry Nemecek, the universe’s renowned Star Trek authority, is making his way once again to Arizona for the annual Phoenix Comicon multigenre entertainment convention.

Larry will be active on each night of the convention, May 28 to 31. On Thursday and Saturday, Larry will host the Dr. Trek Show crowdfunder for his documentary The Con of Wrath, the story of the ill-fated 1982 “Ultimate Fantasy” convention.

On Friday Larry will be on hand for the Q&A and signing after the debut of “The White Iris,” the new episode of Star Trek Continues for which Larry serves as Creative Consultant. He will also be there late Friday night to support The Con of Wrath‘s Director of Photography Neal Halford and his horror short The Case of Evil.

Saturday will be a busy day for Dr. Trek: in the morning Larry will participate in the 50 Years of Humanism panel; in the afternoon he will be a guest of the United Federation of Phoenix at their table where he will be signing photos, offering his Trekland On Speaker CDs, and update fans on the Enterprise in Space project; then in the early evening he will add his voice to the Live Long and Prosper: Saying Goodbye to Leonard Nimoy memorial panel.
